A very attractive rainforest tree reaching 10m in its native habitat of Northern NSW/QLD. Rarely exceeds 4m further south.

KEY FEATURES
Bears dark blue to black fruit on both branches and trunk. Pleasantly sour fruit which is produced can be used in jams, wines, ice-creams, sauces and many other foods.
GROWING CONDITIONS
Prefers afternoon shade in a warm, frost free area. Needs a well drained, humus enriched, moist soil.
PLANT CARE
Mulch well to maintain soil moisture and to suppress weeds.
