Marionberry Jam

INGREDIENTS :

  • 4 cups mashed marionberries
  • 7 cups sugar
  • ½ bottle liquid pectin

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Combine mashed berries and sugar in a large saucepan. Mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Boil hard for one minute.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in liquid pectin and stir and skim for 5 minutes.
  3. Ladle into hot sterilised jars, seal and process in a boiling water bath for five minutes.
