Fried Olives

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup olives, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup dried bread crumbs
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Coat olives in beaten egg.
  2. Roll olives in dried bread crumbs.
  3. Fry in olive oil over high heat until golden.
  4. Drain and serve warm.
